Sprint Spectrum L.P.Currently holds an FCC license to provide digital wireless <br /> communication services in Minneapolis. Sprint Spectrum L.P.has hired LCC International to perform Leasing, <br /> Zoning,and Construction in the Minneapolis market. Sprint's wireless communications facility will provide a <br /> source of rental income to the City of St.Anthony with no investment from the City,while improve wireless <br /> communications and emergency communication services to the community of St.Anthony. The <br /> communications facility will require no improved leased area and will be an unmanned facility. Sprint's <br /> equipment is clean,quite,smoke free and safe. <br /> Sprint is proposing to install the following equipment on your facility: <br /> • An installation of up to 12 antennas(6"wide X 64"tall). - <br /> • Sprint will initially install(6)six antennas (2 antennas per sector,3 sectors)and will eventually have a <br /> total of up to 4 antennas per sector,3 sectors(with a total of up to 12 antennas). One set of antennas <br /> will be located on the top rail of the water tower located at 330 degrees and another set of antennas <br /> will be located on the catwalk railing at 90 degrees and another set of antennas located on the catwalk <br /> railing at 210 degrees. Sprint will paint antennas to match the tower. <br /> • Sprint will occupy a(15'X 25')lease area to accommodate Sprint's BTS equipment cabinets and <br /> platform;located within the fenced compound on a platform in weather,proof cabinets,located at the <br /> base of the water tower. <br /> • Coaxial cables and associated hardware; <br /> • 120/240 Volt,Single phase,.200 amp power; <br /> • A TI span,telephone line. <br /> Proposed Lease Terms: <br /> Initial lease term: Five Years <br /> Renewal Terms: (4)Four—Five Year,Automatic Renewal Terms <br /> Proposed Rent: $1350/month <br /> Term escalator: 15%per term(every five years) <br /> The cost of all utilities,phone lines,necessary improvements and planning and zoning expenses will be paid for <br /> by Sprint Spectrum L.P.
