27 <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> ORDINANCE 2003-017 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERSONAL LEAVE, <br /> AMENDING SECTION 300.09, SUBD. 2 OF THE <br /> 1993 ST. ANTHONY CODE <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 300.09, Subd. 2 of the St. Anthony Code shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> 300.09. Personal Leave With Pay. <br /> Subd. 2. Usaize. Personal leave may be used as earned, subject to approval by the <br /> Department Head and City Manager of the time at which it may be taken. <br /> In order to allow coordination of personal leave with family and medical leave, <br /> employees seeking to take personal leave may be required to provide enough <br /> information about the purpose of the time off to allow a determination of whether <br /> the time will also qualify for family and medical leave. If the personal leave also <br /> qualifies for family and medical leave, the employee must take both leaves <br /> simultaneously. <br /> For all full time employees hired after January 1, 2004, the maximum personal <br /> leave accrued shall not exceed 1,200 hours. <br /> Section 2.
