According to Section 1635.03 Permitted Conditional Use, Item(d) Auto repair <br /> which includes no storage of autos for parts. <br /> 2. We believe the only items in question would be the storage of waste oil and waste <br /> tires. The waste oil is stored above ground inside the building in an approved <br /> waste oil container and removed weekly from our location. The tires are stored in <br /> our enclosed garage complete with roof and door, and they are also removed <br /> weekly. <br /> 3. See attached letter. <br />
