ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 04 - 030 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND <br /> A ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION REQUESTS FROM TIRES PLUS, <br /> FOR PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 8, BLOCK 7, MOUNDS VIEW <br /> ACRES SECOND ADDITION(LOCATED NEXT TO TWIN CITY <br /> FEDERAL ON SILVER LAKE ROAD) <br /> WHEREAS, Tires Plus had submitted a request for a conditional use permit and a request for <br /> an administrative subdivision at property described as Lot 8,Block 7, Mounds <br /> View Acres Second Addition(located next to Twin City Federal on Silver Lake <br /> Road); and <br /> WHEREAS, following the public hearing held by the Planning Commission on March 16, <br /> 2004, the Planning Commission recommended Council approve said requests <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Hours of operation will be 7:00 am- 8:00 pm weekdays and 7:00 am to <br /> 5:00 pm weekends. <br /> 2. With the exception of two vehicles stored outdoors for 72 hours only,no <br /> outdoor storage of vehicles is allowed. <br /> 3. An enclosure will be constructed around the dumpster. <br /> 4. A landscaping and lighting plan will be submitted for staff's approval. <br /> 5. Review and approval by the City Attorney and City Engineer are required. <br /> 6. The landscaping plan must be consistent with the surrounding <br /> neighborhood. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the conditional use request and the administrative subdivision request submitted <br /> by Tires Plus for Lot 8, Block 7, Mounds View Acres Second Addition (located next to Twin <br /> City Federal on Silver Lake Road), with the conditions set forth by the Planning Commission, as <br /> stated above. <br /> Adopted this day of 12004. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
