After joint meetings with the School District, the <br /> City Council opted to support the $54,000 levy <br /> and transfer the funds to the School District. <br /> c. Cost to residents = about $5.00 a year. <br /> d. More cost effective than establishing a Park and <br /> Recreation Department. <br /> 9) Buildiniz Permits <br /> a. Significant growth in revenues has occurred . <br /> because of the redevelopment of Apache. <br /> b. First 6 months of 2004 = $104,500. <br /> c. Additional funds (SAC & WAC Fees) will be <br /> used to offset infrastructure/roads improvements. <br /> d. This revenue will be funneled back into the <br /> budget process. <br /> 10) Liquor Operations <br /> e. As part of.redevelopment, the City will have 2 <br /> new Off-Sale liquor stores. <br /> f.
