The <br /> legal description is "That part ofLot 2 lying North of the <br /> • South 41 feet thereof and West of the east 130 feet thereof <br /> inBlock 2, Gardena Acres". <br /> I would like the zoning change and variance'to build <br /> a home that would utilize the walk-out basement as an <br /> apartment.
