The existing setback is 14.2 <br /> feet and the new setback would be 12.2 feet. (Since it is a corner lot , a 30' side <br /> yard is required. ) <br /> ALTERNATIVES : Approve, modify or deny. <br /> RECOMv IENDATION: Recommend approval . Existing lot is narrow and does not allow <br /> or any standard sized home (the lot is 42.2 feet wide.
