The proposed lots <br /> would be approximately 62.25' X 296 ' each and the existing house on the property <br /> would be removed and two new single family homes would be built on the lots. Because <br /> the Zoning Ordinance requires a lot width of 75 ' , a variance is required for the <br /> narrower lots. No objections to the proposal have been received .
