- 6 - <br /> Staff had received inquiries regarding temporary on-site housing for <br /> residents and commercial businesses while their properties are being <br /> repaired but no formal applications have come in yet, according to Mr. <br /> Childs. Although the Council perceives the use of trailers or mobile <br /> homes would not be the best situation, it was generally agreed that <br /> each request would be treated individually, although the Manager noted, <br /> there was space available in the Lowry Manor which could provide more <br /> sanitary living conditions. The only inquiry for a commercial business <br /> would probably not be pursued because that business anticipates being <br /> able to open up fn Apache soon. <br /> The Manager reported on a conference he had attended where a presentation <br /> on Bond ratings was given by Moody's Investor Services. He also reported , <br /> one of the last pieces of legislation passed this session was a bill <br /> which precluded cities from charging for permits for video games of <br /> chance. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Coucilman Makowske to adjourn <br /> the meeting at 9:40 p.m. for the brief Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br /> meeting which followed immediately. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Helen Crowe, Secretary <br /> Mayor. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City C erk <br />
