Ch.i, lds , City Manager <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: The existing vacant lot at 3231 Roosevelt is <br /> 50' X 125' in -size. Mr. Pribula proposes to construct a 36' wide home on the <br /> property , which would allow total setbacks of 14' where the requirement is for a <br /> total side yard setback of 15' (both sides) . The one foot variance would allow the <br /> house to be a standard construction size rather than specially redesigning the house. <br /> Mr. Pribula owns the lot and intends to live in the home he builds on the lot.
