ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> VARIANCE, PETITION <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of .St. Anthony on Tuesday, July 17, <br /> 1984 at 7: 45 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City "Hall, 3301 <br /> Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a petition from Walter Sentyrz, Jr.. for a <br /> variance to allow construction of a single- family residence <br /> at 3316 Highcrest Road N.E. The variance, if granted, would <br /> allow side yard setbacks of 5 feet and 8 feet (13 feet total) <br /> where a total of 15 feet is required by the City Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> shall be heard at said time and place.
