No one present reported- f.ai,l.ure to, .receive the <br /> 28notice- or objected to 'its content. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Because. the- land description­of the. --two--6:2 .2S ..feet wide by 296 feet <br /> 31 long lots-. which. would- result , from the- split- would be simple and uncom- <br /> 32Plicated-; Mr.. Childs. anticipates- ,the County wouldn' t require the property <br /> 33to be platted._.
