Childs, City Manager <br /> SUM14ARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: As a part of their tornado reconstruction activity. <br /> Faith Methodist Church proposes a small addition to the church. Since churches are <br /> conditional uses in a single family (R-1) zone, your conditional use approval is <br /> required for the expansion. The only concern which staff had about expansion of the <br /> church dealt with the need for additional parking, since I am aware of occasional <br /> complaints from neighboring homeowners.
