Mrs. Dorumsgard left the meeting after the following action was taken: Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer Marks to take the steps necessary to make a final decision on the redevelopment of the Walbon Property for a 32-unit townhome project by authorizing land, building and reloca- tion appraisals of the subject property and to authorize staff to negotiate an agreement with Dick Krier for consulting services on the project. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to adjourn the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:15 p.m. • Motion carried unanimously.
