He I 23 said...the church would need to have the. new classrooms in place early I 24 in August so preparations could be made before the fall sessions began. 25 26 Pdotion by Commissioner Bjorklund and seconded by Commissioner Jones to 27 recommend the Council grant a variance to the Elmwood Lutheran Church • i 28 which would allow them to install a mobile home to be used for class- r 29 rooms , to the north of their existing church at 3615 Chelmsford Road 30 N.E. , August , 1984, for a period not to exceed two years , with provision 31 for the extension of that permit subject to the review and determination 32 of the City staff. In recommending that the variance be granted, the 33 Planning Commission finds that: 34 35 1. A proposed church addition to the existing church building, which 36 meets the .approval of the neibhbors , is in the planning stages , and 37 that project is .the reason the temporary structure is needed. 38 39 2 .
