Childs said the <br /> 35 protests of neighboring residents had apparently forced the the <br /> 36 application for the above to be withdrawn at the March 9th Roseville <br /> 37 Council meeting. The Manager reported that one local developer <br /> 38 might be interested in erecting some one story townhomes on the site <br /> 39 at the corner of 33rd Avenue N.E. and Old Highway 8 , if the zoning <br /> 40 in changed to residential.
