ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> PETITION FOR SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, April <br /> 21 , 1987 , at 7: 50 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request for a sign variance from <br /> E.S. I . Advertising for Equinox Apartments , 2808 Silver <br /> Lane N.E. The applicant proposes to replace three <br /> 2 foot X 4 foot signs with new 2 foot X 4 foot signs as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. office <br /> 2 . Northeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Apache Lane and 39th Avenue <br /> 3 . Southwest corner of the intersection of <br /> Silver Lane and the Equinox Apartments <br /> driveway. <br /> The applicant also proposes an additional 2 foot X 4 foot <br /> identification sign to be located just west of the Apache <br /> Mobil Station adjacent to that driveway. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> shall be herd at said time and place.
