Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from David Evanson, 2208-73rd <br /> Avenue North, Brooklyn Park, MN for subdivision without <br /> platting of Lot 5 , Block 6 Gardenia Acres into four single <br /> family residential lots, approximately 75 feet by 131 feet <br /> in size. Two lots would have frontage on Silver Lake Road <br /> in the 3500 block and two lots would have frontage on <br /> Belden Drive in the 3500 block. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> M shall be heard at said time and place.
