Nelson giving her a <br /> 25 couple of months to get the property- sold; <br /> • 26 <br /> 27 -told Mr. Nelson he perceived'he had a better chance <br /> 28 of .getting the garage he wanted approved if he waited <br /> 29 for the Commission' s decision. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 The hearing was closed at 8: 23 P.M. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Commission Action ' <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion by -Hansen, seconded by Werenicz to table the request from <br /> 36 Dwayne Nelson for a four foot variance to the Ordinance requirement <br /> 37 for' 15 foot total side yard setbacks until the April Commission <br /> 38 meeting.
