Joint Powers Agreement <br /> 15 The above .had been recommended in the June 9th letter from Thomas <br /> 16 Creighton, the "Commission legal counsel, by the North Suburban Cable <br /> •17 Commission and would establish voting rights on revenues rather than <br /> 18 number of dwelling units in -each member city. The change had also been <br /> 19 approved by St.. Anthony' s representative, Dave Mikkelson. <br /> 20 Council Action <br /> 21 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to adopt the resolution which would <br /> 22 authorize the amendment of the joint powers agreement with Cable <br /> 23 Communications Systems relating. to the voting structure of the North <br /> 24 Suburban Cable Commission and the financial contributions of ` the <br /> 25 members. <br /> 26 RESOLUTION 87-022 <br /> 27 A.
