ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, August <br /> 18, 1987 , at 7 : 35 P.M. in the Council .Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a -request from Ken Solie, Village <br /> Properties for an amendment to the language of the City <br /> zoning Ordinance, Section 10 , Subd. 3, Item 7, <br /> relating to a permitted conditional use in the Light <br /> Industrial (L.I . ) zoning classification. The proposed <br /> amendment would allow not -more than two dwelling units <br /> of not more than 600 square feet and one bedroom for <br /> use as a residence for a caretaker for 'a mini-warehouse <br /> facility as a permitted conditional use. - (The- current <br /> Ordinance allows one caretaking dwelling unit. ) <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> will be heard at said time and place.
