1 Councilmember Ranallo emphasized Collins Electric would be paying <br /> 2 prevailing wages on the job, since, as the City Manager had indicated, <br /> 3 they had been written into the contract. <br /> 4 Mayor Sundland said he knew Collins had a lot of street light <br /> 5 experience and pointed to the engineer ' s assessment of them "as a <br /> 6 reputable contractor doing acceptable work.
