VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> ITEM: STONEHOUSE, 27.00 HIGHWAY 88, SIGN PROPOSAL <br /> The City has received two bids for proposed signage at the <br /> Stonehouse off-sale liquor establishment. <br /> The new signage package would include removing the canopy located <br /> on the east side of the Stonehouse and moving it to the west side <br /> of the building and the removal of the RESTAURANT sign also on <br /> the east side of the building. <br /> A continuous awning on the front of the building (east side) <br /> will then be installed. <br /> The two bids received are: <br /> J.W. Hulme Company for $6,660.00 <br /> Arrow Sign Company for $6,165.00 <br /> • The City recommends acceptance of the bid from Arrow Sign <br /> Company. <br /> Liquor Operations Manager Ray Nelson will be available for any <br /> questions. <br /> • <br />
