The Notice of the Hearing to consider the <br /> 16 request from Village Properties, Inc. for a conditional use permit to <br /> 17 allow establishment of a day care facility for from 12 to 14 children <br /> 18 under the R-4 Apartment Zoning Classification for Macalaster Apartments <br /> 19 was read aloud. <br /> 20 The Notice of the Hearing had been published in the February 8th <br /> 21 Bulletin and mailed to all property owners of record within 350 feet of <br /> 22 the subject property.
