ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> REZONING AND <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be.a public hearing by the Planning Commission of the <br /> City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, April 16, 1991. Public Hearings are held in the Council <br /> Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner of the building). <br /> The Planning Commission will meet to: <br /> 7:35 P.M. - Consider a request by Forrest and Marty Harstad of Harstad Companies, 1900 <br /> Silver Lake Road, New Brighton, for a rezoning of 3816 Foss Road from LI (light industrial) <br /> to R-4 (multiple dwelling). <br /> 7:45 P.M. - Consider a request by Forrest and Marty Harstad of Harstad Companies, 1900 <br /> Silver Lake Road, New Brighton, for preliminary plat approval for a sixteen unit <br /> condominium development to be located at 3816 Foss Road and described as Mounds View <br /> Acres Second Addition: all of Lot 3, and the North half of Lot 4, Block 11. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time <br /> and place.
