Councilmember Enrooth <br /> 1,3 Councilmember Enrooth attended a recent Association of Metropolitan <br /> -44 Municipalities meeting. He noted that this organization is agressively <br /> br, pursuing the property tax issue. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 2. Councilmember Marks <br /> 48 Councilmember Marks noted that Governor Carlson has indicated he intends <br /> 49 to phase in his property tax proposal over a three year period of time. <br /> 50 In the Governor' s recent address there was no mention of Local Government <br />
