ANTHONY <br /> • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> VARIANCE PETITION <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will.be a public hearing by the Planning Commission of the <br /> City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, August 20, 1991 at 7:35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of <br /> the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from Thomas Shamp, 3209 Edward Street <br /> Northeast for a variance from the fence height requirements of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance to allow for an eight foot six inch fence. The proposed height of <br /> the fence (no fence shall be over six feet in height) necessitates a variance. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time <br /> and place.
