LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 2 Gus Tarr, a representative of Master Bread Thrift Shop, located at • <br /> 3007 37th Avenue Northeast, requested permission from the Council to <br /> 5 operate a hot dog stand at that location on May 23 and May 24, 1991 . <br /> He indicated he has already spoken to Ramsey County regarding this <br /> venture. <br /> 7 <br /> A Councilmember Enrooth commended Mr. Tarr on his asking for permission <br /> 9 as the Councilmember doesn't remember the Council ever being asked in <br /> 1 <br /> 11 the past or having been consulted on this type of matter.
