The matter of drainage . could also
become an issue .

The Public Hearing was closed at 10 : 02 p .m.

Commissioner Madden advised that the by-laws for the
townhome development where he lives do not permit the
parking of .recreational vehicles as some of the area
residents do not find them attractive . He noted he has not
heard any favorable comments regarding this type of
parking and is supportive of the ordinance as it has been
drafted .

Commissioner Gondorchin suggested that the ordinance be
enforced by neighborhood action only. He felt it could be
enforced in a similar fashion as the car parking
ordinance .

The City Manager felt it would be difficult to enforce
the ordinance based on neighbor complaints , especially if
staff sees a violation or infraction .

Chairperson Faust stated his concerns regarding
enforcement .
