Mayor Ranallo reported receiving several complaints
from parents from outside St. -Anthony about proposed
elimination of the toddler portion of the daycare services.
Councilmember Wagner indicated those users of the toddler
services were going to try to market the -program to generate
enough participants to justify its retention without a drain
on the budget. Alternatives to discontinued programs will be
sought, he said.
