City of Roseville 8 9 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Fleming to approve payment 10 of the City of Roseville invoice for $229,040.33 for 11 their administration of the reconstruction of Old Highway 12 8 noting that this amount covers the 10% which will be 13 withheld pending completion of this MSA funded project. 14 15 Motion carried unanimously. 16 17 D. Verified Claims 18 19 Motion by Wagner, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment 20 of the three pages of verified claims in the July 28, 21 1992 'agenda packet. 22 23 Motion carried unanimously. 24 25 VIII. REPORTS 26 • 27 A. Council Reports 28 29 Councilmember Wagner ' s Report 30 31 The Councilmember commented that he perceived the Village 32 Fest the previous weekend had been a great success 33 Although he didn't have the final tally, he said he 34 thought the returns would be better than last year ' s . 35 36 Councilmember Fleming' s Report 37 38 The Councilmember indicated she would be making her 39 report after the wrap-up meeting for which a final date 40 had not yet been agreed upon. She indicated she would be 41 notifying the rest of the Council as soon as she knows 42 that date. 43 44 Councilmember Fleming thought there might be some 45 interest in the report .which had been given at the July 46 21st Chamber of Commerce meeting regarding one 47 perspective on the City' s legislative representatives. 48 This had come from Mark Hardin-, a guest of Dick Horst, 49 Manager of the St. Anthony Coast to Coast. Mr. Hardin 50 had told the Chamber members that when it came to 51 business issues both the State Representative and Senator 52 had zero voting records. •
