City of Roseville <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Fleming to approve payment <br /> 10 of the City of Roseville invoice for $229,040.33 for <br /> 11 their administration of the reconstruction of Old Highway <br /> 12 8 noting that this amount covers the 10% which will be <br /> 13 withheld pending completion of this MSA funded project. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 D. Verified Claims <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion by Wagner, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment <br /> 20 of the three pages of verified claims in the July 28, <br /> 21 1992 'agenda packet. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 VIII. REPORTS <br /> 26 <br /> • 27 A. Council Reports <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Councilmember Wagner ' s Report <br /> 30 <br /> 31 The Councilmember commented that he perceived the Village <br /> 32 Fest the previous weekend had been a great success <br /> 33 Although he didn't have the final tally, he said he <br /> 34 thought the returns would be better than last year ' s . <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Councilmember Fleming' s Report <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The Councilmember indicated she would be making her <br /> 39 report after the wrap-up meeting for which a final date <br /> 40 had not yet been agreed upon. She indicated she would be <br /> 41 notifying the rest of the Council as soon as she knows <br /> 42 that date. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Councilmember Fleming thought there might be some <br /> 45 interest in the report .which had been given at the July <br /> 46 21st Chamber of Commerce meeting regarding one <br /> 47 perspective on the City' s legislative representatives. <br /> 48 This had come from Mark Hardin-, a guest of Dick Horst, <br /> 49 Manager of the St. Anthony Coast to Coast. Mr. Hardin <br /> 50 had told the Chamber members that when it came to <br /> 51 business issues both the State Representative and Senator <br /> 52 had zero voting records. <br /> • <br />
