Bonniwell suggested it may not be a problem but has the <br /> 7 potential to be troublesome because of the limited number of <br /> 8 City staff . <br /> 9 . <br /> 10 Councilmember Wagner observed what appeared to be a loss of <br /> 11 $12 , 690 in the DARE Fund . He was advised the revenue in the <br /> 12 fund is located in another place in the audit . The Finance <br /> 13 Director advised there is a $12 , 000 balance in the Fund as the <br /> 14 School District had made a contribution to it . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Motion by Wagner , second by Fleming to accept the Auditor ' s <br /> 17 report . <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 2 . Northgate Office Park Signage <br /> 23 - <br /> 24 Previously, the Council had denied a variance for this <br /> 25 signage . At. its June 1st work session , the Council had <br /> 26 received additional information from the City Attorney <br /> regarding how this request could be accommodated . <br /> F <br /> 29 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to bring back the issue of <br /> 30 the Northgate Office Park signage for reconsideration. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion by Fleming, second by Enrooth to approve the Northgate <br /> 36 Office Park request for a sign variance. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the first <br /> 42 reading of Ordinance No. 1993-007 being an ordinance relating <br /> 43 to signs ; amending Section 1400 . 08 to add the replacement of <br /> 44 business identification signs . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 47 <br /> 48 <br /> 49 3 .
