We live at 3459 Silver Lane, Evergreen <br /> Townhomes, which is located directly west and behind 3484. <br /> This proposed addition will almost completely block our view from our master bedroom <br /> and basement workshop, and partially block our view from our den, living-room, deck, <br /> basement recreation room and patio. From our bedroom we will be looking directly on <br /> to the roof of the proposed addition, which would be approximately twenty feet from <br /> our building. <br /> The main reason we bought this-unit is because we were able to see some daylight <br /> and landscaping. This whole Evergreen Townhome project is already over-crowded with <br /> too many buildings and too little open space. . <br /> The addition:of .this building would also pose a problem for our neighbors. I doubt <br /> very much if there is anyone who would allow this porch to be built in full view <br /> of their existing home. <br /> You are welcome to visit our townhome and see from the inside the consequence of <br /> • the proposed addition. <br /> There is also a legal question to be considered. As I understand, the only land <br /> that belongs to us Townhome owners ie the land directly UNDER our present building. <br /> Mr. Holewa DOES NOT own the land for the proposed addition. Therefore, I fail to <br /> see how approval for the proposed addition can be granted for putting an addition <br /> on land. that is not owned by Mr. Hol&-.a• <br /> Approval would also set a precedent .°ter everyone here, including us, to put an <br /> addition on our present building. TY.P re are nine other units that could ask for <br /> the same approval. <br /> In Summary, there are four definite oblems: <br /> (1) The property for the addition DOES NOT belong to Mr. Holewa <br /> (2) It would set a prece-_�:Fnt for nine other owners <br /> (3) It definitly would block what little view we have at' present <br /> (4) This addition would affect'the resale value of our unit. <br /> (5) The Building to land -^atio is already ve y hi .h. <br /> Please seriously consider the above items in reviewing tie proposed addition. <br /> Please see attached sketch for view %`' the problem <br /> with the addition. <br /> Our phone no. is 782-9390 Victor Brenk <br /> Please call for further ;.reformation. <br /> • ��ine.
