Modified General Industrial Districts (1-2a) . <br /> A Modified General Industrial District (I-2a) is established in <br /> which the uses permitted in General Industrial Districts (I-2) <br /> are permitted uses and those uses set forth in Section 10. 410 <br /> are special uses. <br /> 10.410. Special Uses in Modified General Industrial Districts <br /> (T-2a) . - <br /> The following uses are uses by special use permit in Modified <br /> General Industrial Districts (1-2a) : <br /> 1. All special uses in I-2 Districts. <br /> 2 . The collection, processing, treatment, and distribution of <br /> inorganic metal wastes consisting of metal compounds , <br /> solutions, sludges , and liquids , and the collection , <br /> bulking, separation, addition of absorbents, and distribu- <br /> bution of organic industrial wastes. Neither the inorganic <br /> nor the organic industrial wastes may include explosives as <br /> defined in Title 18 U.S.C. , Section 841 (c) (d) , and 27 <br /> C.F.R. 55.23. <br /> The Council may require control measures including, but not <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> Security of premises and buildings; access to and egress from <br /> site; routing of vehicular traffic on public streets; security <br /> methods for delivery and pickup; storm drainage and spillage <br /> control facilities; hours of operation; noise impact; liability <br /> for and control of unauthorized delivery; impact on contiguous <br /> property; and, fire protection. <br /> 11.
