�1 Subd. 5. Economic Feasibility. A marketing study of the economic feasibility of the <br /> proposed development, the market to be reached, and substantiation of the <br /> financial capability of the developer to complete the proposed development. <br /> 1645.04 Accessory Uses. Subject to the provisions of Section 1650, the following accessory <br /> uses are permitted in an R/O District: <br /> (a) Athletic fields. <br /> s. <br /> Craft or art buildings. <br /> g <br /> c) Maintenance buildings for the storage of equipment used to maintain <br /> grounds, buildings, trees <br /> uildin s and equipment, to be located in such a way as to <br /> minimize the potential damage to the environment by the seepage or <br /> spillage of oil, gasoline, solvents or lubricants. <br /> (d) Nature interpretive centers. <br /> (e) Swimming pools, bathhouses, gymnasiums, locker rooms and other athletic <br /> structures. <br /> (f) Mausoleums and crypts. <br /> 1645.05 Dimensional Regulations <br /> Subd. 1. Height. No structure may exceed 35 feet in height or contain more than <br /> three stories. <br /> Subd. 2. Setbacks. No structure may be constructed or placed within 25 feet of a <br /> property line. <br /> Subd. 3. Lake Setback. No structure may be constructed or placed within 200 feet of <br /> a lake or within 75 feet of a watercourse or ponding area. <br /> 1645.06 Building Design Requirements. All structures must be constructed of a material <br /> and of a design which is compatible with the natural environment as determined by the <br /> Planning Commission and Council, and must conform with all applicable laws. <br /> :� 16-30. <br />
