STAFF REPORT <br /> DATE: October 26, 1994 <br /> TO: Michael Mornson, City Manager <br /> FROM: Larry Hamer, Public Works Director <br /> ITEM: LOT COVERAGE VARIANCE REQUEST FOR 3929 <br /> FORDHAM DRIVE <br /> Thomas and Diane Schroeder are requesting a lot coverage variance for their <br /> property located at 3929 Fordham Drive. They are proposing to demolish their <br /> present home to rebuild a home which will accommodate a wheel chair. <br /> The present home is over the allowable lot coverage of 30% at 38% and is <br /> considered a non-conforming use. This use makes it necessary to build the <br /> proposed new home on one level. - <br /> The Schroeder's are requesting a total lot coverage of 48 <br /> All other building codes would be met. <br /> r <br />
