According to the Uniform Building Code, if the <br /> structure is placed on the lot away from the Apache property, CUB would need <br /> 60 feet on all sides from any structure. However,-if the structure is--placed fora <br /> zero lot line, it would be considered as part of the building with a fire <br /> separation. The zero lot line is permitted by the UBC. <br /> Drainage of this property will drain into one retention basin on the east side of <br /> the lot and one on the west side of the lot. <br />
