I have <br /> just sold my home at 3220-29th Ave. and am planning to relocate to Phoenix, AZ by <br /> mid-August. I would like to sell all of the property before I leave. <br /> I have been presented a purchase agreement for the four lots and two multiple <br /> dwelling homes in question to be used for new construction of twin or town homes for <br /> resale. My concern is regarding acceptance of this proposed use of the property and <br /> the posture of the City Planning and Council members. The closure of this purchase <br /> agreement is contingent on acceptance of the proposed new use. <br /> Due to the year long dilemma of trying to sell multiple dwelling homes on single-family <br /> zoned property, this new purchase agreement looks like a viable solution and would <br /> like to request that you present this concept to the Council members. I'm confident the <br /> new buyer will present beautiful proposed homes and the end result will be an asset to <br /> the community.. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
