Made Company hereby-requests a variance as requested on the Petition for'Vad ace <br /> attached hereto for the follom tag reasons. <br /> 1.. Strict enforcement of the setback requirement with respect to the Site <br /> would cause an undue hardship because: <br /> (a) The setback in question is from a lot line which is adjoining an <br /> interior driveway through a shopping center,and is not adjoining <br /> another develops Unt site. <br /> (b.)
