Bona <br /> Dear Ms. Sykes: <br /> I am writing to you in support of my request for a variance for <br /> the above property. <br /> I believe that the proposed variance would relieve an undue <br /> hardship pertaining to this property. The property is a <br /> relatively small irregular shaped lot which is difficult to <br /> improve. The proposed variance.,would provide for adequate <br /> parking for use as a commercial property. The granting of a <br /> variance will improve the traffic - flow on this piece of property: <br /> If the variance is not granted it would be very disruptive to the <br /> flow of traffic. <br /> The granting of this variance will not be detrimental to existing <br /> properties since the -existing building has been in its present <br /> location for many years.
