CALL TO ORDERIPLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at 6 7:03 P.M. 7 II. ROLL CALL. 8 Commissioners present: Chair Bergstrom; Commissioners Delmonico, Franzese, 9 Gondorchin, Horst, Makowske, and.Thompson. 10 Commissioners absent: None. 11 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant and Michael Mornson, 12 City Manager. i 13 M. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 17, 1996 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. 14 Motion by Thompson, seconded by Delmonico,to approve the Planning Commission Agenda for 15 September 17, 1996 as presented. 16 Motion carried unanimously. 17 IV. APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 18, 1996 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 18. MINUTES. 19 Motion by Bergstrom, seconded by Franzese,to approve the August 18, 1996. Planning 20 Commission Meeting minutes with the following changes: 21 22 Page 1,Line 23: After"general,"replace text with"would set precedent potentially leading 23 to the destabilization and invalidation of the Comprehensive Plan 24 objectives and City's Zoning Ordinances, and an unwillingness of the 25 applicant to physically modify the home to meet the requirements of 26 multiple family homes". 27 Page 2, Line 6: Remove"due to"and replace with"in order to avoid". 28 Page 5, Line 5: Remove"Unanimously"and add"Commissioner Gondorchin voted nay". 29 Page 14, Line 32: Add"Mr. Gerster stated he would look into the location of the outside 30 dumpster". 31 Page 15, Line 3: Remove"cuts"and replace with"angle" and after"on" add "and off the". 32 Page 16, Line 11: Remove"too quick"and replace with"an expedited process". 33 Motion carried unanimously. 34 V. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO SEPTEMBER 24, 35 1996 COUNCIL MEETING. 36 Chair Bergstrom was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the Tuesday, 37 September 24, 1996, City Council meeting.
