City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> September 24, 1996 <br /> Page 11 <br /> 1 Mornson reported he and Larson would be meeting with Welsh Construction and KKE <br /> 2 Architects and within one week they will be presenting an estimate of the budget and also <br /> 3 two schedules,one to build over the winter, and one to build partial now with completion <br /> 4 in the spring. Momson stated construction is still planned to be completed in-conjunction <br /> 5 with the CUB Foods Store opening. <br /> 6 There was Council consensus to defer Resolution 96-054,regarding SAV II lease to the <br /> 7 October 8, 1996 City Council meeting. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 10 . Mark Stenglein introduced himself and reported he was running for County Commissioner. He <br /> 11 stated he had grown up in St. Anthony and had fond memories of the community. He stated he <br /> 12 hoped to meet with the Council and discuss issues in Hennepin which pertained to the <br /> 13 City of St. Anthony. <br /> 14 XI.
