STAFF REPORT <br /> DATE: March 17, 1998 <br /> TO: Planning Commissioners <br /> FROM: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant �G w <br /> ITEM: Krause/Anderson Proposal for Town/Country Building. <br /> I received a phone call from Bill Warner of Krause/Anderson requesting an opportunity <br /> to come before the Planning Commission to present a concept review of a proposed use <br /> for the Town/Country building. Several days ago, he was approached by Robodyne, a <br /> company that is in St. Anthony, about the possibility of relocating into that building. <br /> Currently, Robodyne is located in the St. Anthony Industrial Park and because of the <br /> success of their operations, they need to locate to a larger site. Mr. Warner indicated <br /> that the owners of this company would prefer to stay in St. Anthony and the <br /> Town/Country site seems to meet their needs. <br />
