<br /> A sign permit shall be required to erect, alter, relocate or construct a sign not exempt from the requirements
<br /> of obtaining a sign permit In Section 19.105 of this Code.

<br /> accompanied by an accurate site plan to engineer's scale locating the proposed new br modified sign and all

<br /> Issuing Authority, the applicant shall stake the comers of the property,
