The <br /> City recently adopted a Comprehensive Water Resource Management Plan,which addresses several <br /> of the specific conditions within the Stormwater Ordinance. Attached please find the goals and <br /> policies section of this plan. In an effort to maintain consistency and to avoid redundancy in City <br /> policy,we suggest that the Stormwater Management Plan be referenced by the ordinance in several <br /> sections. <br /> We recommend the following changes to the Stormwater Management Ordinances: <br /> See 1675.04, Sub.5: Replace"basis"with"basin". <br /> See 1675.05, Sub. 1: Replace "to allow land disturbing-activities must submit.a.
