525.03 Prohibition in Residential Districts. No mobile home park may be operated or <br /> maintained within any portion of any residential district of the City. <br /> 525.04 Fee. The license fee for a mobile home park will be the amount set forth in <br /> Subsection 615.06. <br /> 525.05 Sanitary Conditions. The health and sanitary condition of a mobile home park <br /> must,at all times,comply with the rules and regulations of the State Department of <br /> Health and the provisions of this Code. <br /> 525.06 Facilities Required. No mobile home may be parked within the City for a period <br /> of more than 24 hours unless there is continuously available to the occupants of the <br /> mobile home,running water and toilet facilities on the property upon which the mobile <br /> home is parked. <br /> 525.07 Deposit of Wastes. It is unlawful to permit waste water from sinks,showers or <br /> other fixtures in mobile homes to be deposited on any property within the City. <br /> 525.08 Removal of Running Gear. No person may remove the running gear or wheels <br /> of a mobile home and continue to occupy the mobile home as a dwelling without first <br /> complying with all applicable provisions of this Code and obtaining from the Building. <br /> Inspector a permit to occupy the mobile home as a dwelling. <br /> Section 530-TOWING SERVICES <br /> 530.01 Definition. As used in this Section,the term "motor vehicle service"means <br /> starting or attempting to start,or towing or pushing, another motor vehicle by any type <br /> of electrical device or battery for remuneration or compensation of any kind,or <br /> operating a vehicle for such purposes,but excluding multi-vehicle transports. <br /> 530.02 License Required. No person may provide motor vehicle service within the City <br /> without being duly licensed in accordance with this Section. <br /> 530.03 'Application.-An application for license must be filed with the.Clerk on forms <br /> provided by the Manager. The application must be verified under oath and contain the <br /> information required under Subsection 500.02 plus the following information: <br /> (a) The name or names of the owners and operators and their respective <br /> resident addresses and home phone numbers, <br /> 5-15 <br />
