Aesthetics. <br /> (a) Fence maintenance; unsafe fencing, fences falling, nails <br /> protruding. <br /> (b) Accessory Structure Maintenance; unsafe buildings. <br /> (c) Landscaping; maintained and in good condition; conforms to <br /> surrounding neighborhood. <br /> (d) All units must meet minimum lot coverage requirements. <br /> 6 <br />
