First of all, I want you to know the City Council is committed to <br /> this project and thank you for your support. <br /> A Developer Open House for the Northwest Quadrant is set for January 24, <br /> 2002, from 4 — 8 p.m., at St. Anthony City Hall and Community Center. The City <br /> Council has narrowed the list of potential developers to the following: Centex, <br /> Opus Corporation, Pratt-Ordway, and Sherman and Associates. At the Open <br /> House, the four developers will showcase their proposals, answer questions, and <br /> get feedback from community members. I hope you are able to attend this. <br /> On February 5, the City Council will interview the four developers during a Work <br /> Session from 6 — 10 p.m. The Work Session will be cablecast and replayed. This <br /> is not a public hearing; but again, an interview process. <br /> On February 12, the City Council plans to select the developer for the Northwest <br /> Quadrant Redevelopment. <br /> I would appreciate hearing your feedback after viewing the developer proposals <br /> at the January 24 Open House.
