City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> February 12, 2002 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 Mayor Hodson invited Todd Hubmer,WSB, to come forward and address the Council <br /> 3 regarding the 2002 Street and Utility Project. He reviewed the location of the <br /> 4 improvements: <br /> 5 • Wilson Street, between 301h Avenue NE and 32nd Avenue NE <br /> 6 • Harding Street,between 30th Avenue NE and 31St Avenue NE <br /> 7 • 31"Avenue NE,between Wilson Street and Silver Lake Road <br /> 8 • 32"d Avenue NE,between-Edward Street and Belden Drive <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Hubmer explained that the installation of the flood sewer system would be the last phase <br /> 11 of the Flood Improvement project on the north side of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Hubmer stated that the total project cost is $2.4 million. He stated that proposed funding <br /> 14 is: <br /> 15 • $309,100.93 assessed <br /> 16 • City of St. Anthony contribution- $1.1 million <br /> 17 • Minnesota Department of Natural Resources- $1,000,000 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Mayor Hodson welcomed the public to come forward with any comments regarding the <br /> 20 2002 Street and Utility Improvements; none came forward. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Mayor Hodson closed the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Mayor Hodson thanked Hubmer for his information and update this evening. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 A. Resolution 02-023 —Adopting and confirming assessments. <br /> 27 Motion by Councilmember Sparks to approve Resolution 02-023,re: Adopting <br /> 28 and confirming assessments. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 B. Resolution 02-024—Awarding construction bid. <br /> 33 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen to approve Resolution 02-024,re: Awarding <br /> 34 construction bid. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 C. Resolutions 02-025 —Calling for sale of improvement bonds. <br /> 39 Motion by Councilmember Faust to approve Resolution 02-025,re: Calling for <br /> 40 sale of improvement bonds. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 43 <br />
