Add to Section 30-1 a definition for Half-Story: , <br /> A story directly under a sloping roof where the area with a ceiling height of 73" <br /> or greater is less than 2/3 the area of the story next below...:.. <br /> 3. Add to.Section 30-15, density and dimensional requirements, a new subsection (q) as <br /> follows: <br /> (q) Any residential structure that is replacing a previously.existing three-story <br /> residential structure shall be allowed three stories,but only insofar as the absolute <br /> height does not exceed that of the previously existing structure. <br /> 4.
